Villa Alba is a new house with apartments (built in 2022) in Banjol on the island of Rab. The house is in a perfect location – directly by the sea and by a gentle beach. However, the unique location is not the only thing that makes Villa Alba stand out.
We have used our many years of experience in the tourism sector to achieve our goal – to build and equip apartments of a high standard without any compromise. We offer apartments with 1 bedroom, 2 bedrooms and 3 bedrooms.
Therefore, we are able to offer ideal accommodation for couples looking for intimacy, small or large families with children, groups of friends, guests with pets… Each of our apartments has a large, covered terrace with a beautiful view of the sea and the beach.
Although the house has a traditional appearance from the outside, the apartments are modernly furnished, comfortable and equipped with everything necessary to meet the needs of the modern guest.
Each apartment is fully air-conditioned, has TV with satellite and local programs, washing machine, WiFi internet, hair dryer.
The kitchens are fully equipped: large fridge with freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishes, pots, cutlery.
Pets are welcome. There is a large parking lot right next to the house. In the immediate vicinity there are restaurants, coffee bars, shop, boat rental, gas station.
Villa Alba is located about 3 km from the old town of Rab (center).
Our apartments are the ideal place to enjoy the charms and beauties of Banjol and the island of Rab.
